RBC Mobile App - Credit Card Installments

We created the user experience flow for splitting credit card charges over $250 into smaller payments. The flow itself was complex for many reasons but the complexity was increased because our business and product owners wanted us to design it in a way that would allow them to test out a variety of repayment options live with clients. There was also a lot of deep involvement by the legal and risk/compliance teams since the project involved credit card payments. As a content designer on this project, I spent many, many hours in meetings while they scrutinized every word.
